Hello, I can't go to the gym but I have an elliptical machine at home, and determination. Just need help on how to get fit.
I've always been told I'm skinny, but I'm the "skinny-fat" type of person.
What things should I eat, do, how much cardio should I do?
I really need advice!
So you should workout for at least 30 minutes every day or an hour 5-6 times a week because the first 15 minutes you're warming up; the second 15 minutes you're losing body fat.
Eat lots of green because it releases the toxins in your body.
