Dieting again, guys. I've done this twice now. The first time, I was doing great until I got the stomach flu and lost all motivation. I've been at it for four days and I've lost 7 pounds. I'm working my butt off, and this time, I have a scale. It keeps me motivated. Whether I lose 2 pounds, or .2 pounds. I'm keeping a log of what I eat (limiting me to 1200 calories a day), and exercising a crap ton. Wish me luck.
