Black girls workout too
I have been doing this workout for 2wks on and off, using plastic wrap, albolene, sweat belt, and 3lb dumbbells. Im trying to get a flat stomach by may. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to tone up and have a nice butt, thighs, and flat stomach. I have been eating healthy kinda...(Im a sucker for ice cream).. ANY ADVICE??
