Why do you workout? And how do you stay motivated to workout and eat healthy? :)
I like to feel good about myself and people treat you different by how you look.
I work out to feel better and look better and of coarse health. I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and saying not bad, but still not good enough.
My kids,husband, and family. When I give an hour each day to fitness and getting healthy that's more time to spend time with them.
I workout to feel and look better and for my kids. Mama needs to be around for a long time lol!
Plus, I pretty much have every damn medical problem in my family, and staying healthy can help deter that for me :-)
