Week 1. Done. 5 lbs down.
Hello, all! I've completed my first week, and I've lost 5 pounds in total. I have to admit that in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't seem like all that much. I've been looking at success stories and before and afters from people, and in a way, it's both discouraging and motivating. My weight has fluctuated throughout the week. I've been down 7 pounds and at times, only two. I've decided to weight myself every week, and today marks 7 days, and I'm down 5. I can say that I feel a change in my body. I'm sticking to lean meats and I've cut out junk and anything that isn't water. I can see a difference in my skin and the amount of energy I have. I'm not sluggish throughout the day. I've also noticed that my legs are toning up just a bit, but I haven't noticed weight loss. It's only five pounds, but I've been working my butt off! I'm excited to post at the end of week two to see if there are any changes. Good luck, everyone. Stay strong! (Ha! Pun intended)
