I'm looking for others to follow and to follow me. I would like to see most of my " group/circle" (for lack of a better word) to be those who have similar goals as mine.
• to lose 80lbs.
My current weight is 236lbs.
• to eat clean.
I've always eaten the better foods out there. I lack portion control and activeness.
• to become more active
• portion control
• minimum ( to start with) 30 minutes/ 6 days a week.
• lose of 2 lbs a week.
Eventually I will work out more at a time and maybe utilize two days for rest. I'm not sure how this part will play out but I'm starting with 30min/6days.
I weigh in on Sundays. I haven't done measurements on myself and unsure if I will. I track with photos of myself as well.

The one thing I'm mainly looking for is someone on a weight loss journey. I know we are all different so I don't expect anyone to have the exact goals as me, or weight,,body build, fitness or anything like that.
