Hello everyone,

I'm looking for others to follow and to follow me. I would like to see most of my " group/circle" (for lack of a better word) to be those who have similar goals as mine.

Goals are:
to lose 80lbs.
My current weight is 236lbs.
to eat clean.
I've always eaten the better foods out there. I lack portion control and activeness.
to become more active
portion control

Mini goals:
minimum ( to start with) 30 minutes/ 6 days a week.

lose of 2 lbs a week.

Eventually I will work out more at a time and maybe utilize two days for rest. I'm not sure how this part will play out but I'm starting with 30min/6days.

I weigh in on Sundays. I haven't done measurements on myself and unsure if I will. I track with photos of myself as well.

So, if any of this is similar to you, please join me and allow me to join you.

The one thing I'm mainly looking for is someone on a weight loss journey. I know we are all different so I don't expect anyone to have the exact goals as me, or weight,,body build, fitness or anything like that.

I look forward to developing a circle of people who can support one another :)
