A few people have asked me for my workout(s) so I posted an example of one that I do sometimes. I did a crappy job of adding the sets and timing. Truthfully, my bb friend made this for me and I honestly don't love to follow strict programs. What are things you'd change in it?

/hit me up if you actually want it in a nice written out word document because it's a pretty hilarious and decent program for women who want to target their booty and legs.
