I spent all yesterday working out at home, and boy did I work my butt off!! I still couldn't help but feel guilty because I didn't get much cardio in. I wanted to go running, but made excuses. (I'll do ut after I do my indoor workouts. I haven't eaten yet. I need to clean the house. It's cold out). When I finally decided to get it done at 5p.m, it was raining. This morning, without thinking about it, I laced up my running shoes and went for it. It's getting easier to run each time. I'm down 6 pounds and feeling great! Goodbye week one, hello week two!
