I use to listen to rap, some deathcore even dubstep. Now I just feel the need to go workout where I can do it in silence as long as I sweat.
I personally listen to Zumba fitness radio on Pandora while I workout. It pumps me up and keeps me going!
Upbeat! Basically Electro/House music. Even Dubstep.
I usually have a playlist of my favourite songs when working out, but I may construct some sort of upbeat workout playlist at some point :)
Mainly rap or house music. I especially like Till I Collapse by Eminem, and Harder Better Faster Stronger by Daft Punk.
