I'm new to this app but I want to make a few changes to my body before my vacation. I'm not sure which workouts are best. If someone could help it would b great. I have 50 days

I want to lose about 19lbs and tone. I also want to work on my stomach. It's not big but it isn't flat either, lol

Change your diet....abs are made in the kitchen and perfected in the gym. Eat lean meats, green leafy vegetables, fruit, whole grains (wheat, brown rice) and drink plenty of water
