Should i workout my abs everyday ? It hurts but still.. iwant it

Yes you're abs are the only muscle group that you can work out every day without having to take recovery time.

I think the trick is to do different kinds of exercises if you enjoy working your abs everyday. Mix it up with mountain climbers, oblique exercises, planks, squats, deadlifts along with the usual crunches etc. I'm learning that my diet is the only way I'm gonna get my six-pack back though coz I'm old !! Lol

I agree with s.k abs are made in the kitchen i get emails all the time about abs etc i dont do 1000 reps thats just crazy. With a balance diet,cardio three times a week an weight training theyll come. An keep it simple with your abs routine:hanging leg lifts,v ups,cable high to low ,moutain climbers,planks.
