Ok, I know a ton of people talk about having no motivation and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I really do want to get fit and I have reasons on why i want to reach my goals. I just cant push myself to get up and do them. Any advice or motivation buddies?
When you start seeing progress, the motivation comes by itself
Do something you like... simple... do some sport or activity... get moving... like I love soccer and always find ways to play it and when im all pumped after the game few push ups... I go out a shop a lot or just window shopping... walking helps and obviously diet... just enjoy it
