The dreaded muffin top
I really want to lose my muffin top fast. I try to work my obliques and abs but I hardly see much difference on my hips but a lot on my waist. Why won't the muffin top go away :( Any suggestions?
Ab and oblique exercises train the muscles in that area, but don't burn the fat. So if you want to lose the fat, you have to do cardio and diet.
Hey, try doing some dead lifts it helps tighten the area of the "muffin top". You can use a resistance band which is my favorite but can also use dumbbells or a barbell. Hope this helps!

Just any type of cardio? Or any specific type of cardio do you recommend
