So I finally decided to go on a severe diet since I need to loose 55 lbs
I cleaned my fridge , kitchen from all the junk I had , and replaced them with low fat , fruits and vegetables,skimmed milk and cheese and whole wheat bread !
Now everytime I crave any junk I used to eat I open my fridge and find only healthy snacks ! ;)
