Im Thinking Again And again why am i doing this. and telling to myself that if you don't do it you will regret it later so work your lazy arse off.
It's bad, but I eat some m&ms. When I'm not happy about only a little progress, or feel defeated my sugar intake is most likely low. I don't eat many, just like 10. And then I go workout, both those things are pick me ups because of the endorphins released, you'll feel better in no time! :)
