Im Thinking Again And again why am i doing this. and telling to myself that if you don't do it you will regret it later so work your lazy arse off.

Idk if this will help, but this is what i do....Even when im exhausted, n feel like i cant work out thats exactly what i do. I get up that moment n just start doing it. I want to better myself n get toned and in shape, so i push myself hard even when i dont want too. Cant get anywhere if i slack off. So just remind urself of why u r doing it, what ur motivations are n keep at it! Just remember to give urself a break now n then, muscles do need rest :)

It's bad, but I eat some m&ms. When I'm not happy about only a little progress, or feel defeated my sugar intake is most likely low. I don't eat many, just like 10. And then I go workout, both those things are pick me ups because of the endorphins released, you'll feel better in no time! :)
