Tired after weight lifting? Help

Hey guys! I been doing more weight lifting but I feel so tired and fatigue. I am not sure if I am over training or I just need to I increase my calories intake. Today I woke up feeling sick and yesterday after my work out I was feeling dizzy. Have this happen to any of you guys?

Happens when I push myself extremely hard in a workout.

Sounds like you need to up your water intake!
If that dosn't work Try to eat a bit more carbs.

Or go to sleep one hour earlier. You need around 8 hours :)

I know! My boss made me feel bad. She said I should eat less so I wouldn't have to work out so hard :( grrrr, she said no banana and no nuts or Greek yogurd

Lool. Those are 3 great sources of some extra protein, fat and sugar :-)

I completely agree. Water and sleep can make all the difference!

I feel better today! I took more rest days and increased my water! Thanks guys
