I'm about 5'2 and weight maybe around 150., I had a baby 9 months ago but I still feel pretty obese and can't wear nothing cute. I just don't feel right. I'm trying to be around 115. I'm trying to achieve a certain goal by September to go on my carribean cruise.

I'm am 6ft 3 in 325 lbs. I've dropped 20 lbs and a pant size. I wanna be. 290 and be at a 38-40 pant size I'm between 42 and 44 now. Don't give up its taken me time but I have results. I've increased chest to 58 in. showing good muscle tone now in arms and shoulders. Never give in to the lie that you tell yourself ,that it's not helping. It is. Good luck.
