anyone here know how long you should jog before seeing change in endurance ?your suggestions are appreciated

depending on how many days a week.u do it... if it's 4 to 5, by 2 months u will notice a change...

I suggest running six days a week and having one rest day if you're up to that much cardio. I know I always have difficulty keeping a tight schedule like that but you should certainly feel some change within a few weeks I'd presume. It's all about repetition when it comes to endurance

Don't start out running 6 times a week. Start 3 times a week and you Will see results almost immidietly.

If you want endurence a mix of HIIT and endurence runs May be the best choice. 
Depending on what your current fitness level are right now. It can look like this

Day 1: 5km steady pace running

Day 3: 1km warmup jog (20sek sprint and 40sek jog)*10

Day 5: 5km run

Then avery week add 300m to your 5k and 2 sek or 1 more set to your sprints.

You can alternate between walking and running if it's to hard. Just don't add anything before you can do whats already there.
