My workouts have become so sporadic thanks to school I need a schedule to stick to! Help?

Whats your goals?

Same, 50 pounds by the end of July. My ridiculous schedule has made planning workouts damn near impossible. The adjustments to my diet have helped though.

I was doing 30 mins, five days a week if I could. At least four. The semester is almost over, and my schedule is everywhere

Cool i think a full body routine will best suit u. U go to the gym or at home?

A mixture of both. I usually do a workout from here and the bike. Or the tredmill instead
