okay I work out monday-thursday. . . Is that too little for trying to transform my body ? My workouts are always at least 45 minutes long.

That's not too little. Just keep doing that unless you feel you're not getting the results you want. You could possibly workout Monday and Tuesday with a break on Wednesday, then workout Thursday and Friday.
