Take a banana and some dried oats "old fashioned oatmeal" mash banana mix in oats in addition you can at raisins, chocolate peaces etc.. make them into cookie circles and bake 10-15 mins
Chopped veggies. Simple. V healthy.
I like to chop vegs & fruits and mix w plain yogurt w a little steel cut oats sprinkled on.
Hard boiled egg.
Whole grain bread chicken sandwich.
Glass of water.
