Take a banana and some dried oats "old fashioned oatmeal" mash banana mix in oats in addition you can at raisins, chocolate peaces etc.. make them into cookie circles and bake 10-15 mins

Chopped veggies. Simple. V healthy.

I like to chop vegs & fruits and mix w plain yogurt w a little steel cut oats sprinkled on.

Fruit.

Hard boiled egg.

Cottage cheese.

Whole grain bread chicken sandwich.

Glass of water.

Smoothies, fruits, vegetables, cereal snacks!! Fruits and Vegetables everyday keep the doctor away!! I suggest you to eat Plain chocolate (not everyday, obviously) but is better to weight loss, and more healthy than normal chocolate ;)
