Work out plan? For 17 yr old girl

Hi everyone Ok so I want to start working out not to loose weight but just so I can be healthier you no.. I'm 17 and I'm already pretty small so I want to work out but I don't want to over do it does anybody know of a routine (plan) I can follow :)

Try out different things and do what you like :) Experiment. And dont worry about your age being a factor. You can never be to old or too young to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

I highly recommend you look up some weight lifting programs on youtube a common misconception with females is that weights will make you muscly and gross it is quite the opposite search massivejoes on youtube and watch their keeping up with asha a fitness models journey or something alobg the lines of that ita very inform
