Wat's the best way to get motivated to do a workout? X

I psych myself out by starting with a simple exercise that's short six or seven minutes so when done... I have some energy, feel like I've accomplished something and it makes me want to keep going because I'm not exhausted from trying to start off with doing too much.

As Christian says just look in the mirror?  Like what you see? No? Then do something about it.

Buy nice clothes in smaller size think how you will look in them....if you are interested in clothes. ....as all women

I think you have to make a start..after u see the result of doing workout u will get motivated as well..At first i was like u..but i was just trying to do workout over and over..and i managed to get tone/smaller butt and thighs..which is my goal..and even my mother see the difference..
Just doing it and dont give up!

It really just depends on what motovates you for me its being able to mimic my idols looks and also competing
