I am 113 pounds for the army I need 117 to be qualify I am already qualified because of my body mass index but I do what to make the pounds requirement. Please help

Drink 1 liter of whole milk a Day (in addition to everything else) should do the trick.

Find an easy source of kcals. Add nutts,  milk or an extra scoop of rice or pasta at your meal.

Like christian said but i did 1gallon of chocolate milk and gain like 15-20 lbs in 2 months
