i loove sweets!! They are very hard to stay away from. So i was wanting to know some healthy ways to satisfy a sweet tooth!!

Dark chocolate. The darker it is the better. Only 40g a day can lower your blood pressure and suppress your sweet cravings. Aim for a clean 5 or 6 ingredient one with 80+ cocoa in it.

If u include complex carbs in ur daily diet (potatoes, pasta, bread, cereals...) That will help. 70/80 grams of bread or pasta or cereals, or 250 grams of boiled/roasted potatoes per meal will not make U fat and will help U stay away from sweets. There is a scientific explanation on this but it is a bit hard for me to explain it in english :) sorry.

Ps: fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple, grapes... are also good substitutes for sweets :)
