Hey everyone what are some good ab workouts that I will feel the next day..I feel like I need a challenge!! Lol I miss the soreness! I probably sound crazy.. any advice? Thanks
What's ur current routine? How long have you been doing it? By knwing where your fitness and performance level is at currently your question can be addressed more adequately... adding more reps sets or even adding resistence will work to bring back that soreness ... your body has adapted to the current stress load... thts a good thing :) just means its time to step it up..
