i lost 10pds but i lost INCHES off my waist an muffin top. the secret is to never stop moving when your sitting on the couch sit staight up an do leg lifts. or if your cooking dinner use your counter top to do some pushups standing up. little things work. i walked everyday for 5 to 10mins an it works. this app helped me an my body to be healthy(: im a normal person an doing little things a day makes a big impact on your body(:
