Some good wake up workouts?

I am not a morning person, no matter how hard I try, lol. Are there any good workouts or exercises to do to wake up your body and build some energy?

Do yoga...its refreshing and nd fill energy in ur body...Indians perfer this every morning

5 and out, cardio fight club hiit jusa couple but there is allot more..:-)

Thanks! I normally don't do a lot of cardio just because I have so many issues with my legs( shin splints, tendonitis, and a knee injury) but I'll try it.

Eat an apple i am the same way i need an hour before i can do anything i jist go with ot and make that my lazy personal time

Haha, that's what I usually do. And now this Thursday I'll be starting a job from 4am-12pm. So I guess that will count as my morning workout.
