Lose about 10 lbs and firm up my thighs, butt, and have faint abs (as a girl of course. I dont need a 6 pack any time soon haha)

30 lbs to reverse diabetes

I didn't know you can reverse diabetes. I thought it was something you had to live with no matter what. Even if you developed it

No ma'am Type 1 you are born with and it can't be reversed. Type 2 is onset which can be reversed with diet and exercise. Understand your body can be healed when you treat it correctly. It's been 3-1/2 years for me and I'm 30 lbs away with no meds.

My over all goal at the start of my weight lose was 50 pounds. I am 30 pounds down so 20 more to go!
