Lose about 10 lbs and firm up my thighs, butt, and have faint abs (as a girl of course. I dont need a 6 pack any time soon haha)
No ma'am Type 1 you are born with and it can't be reversed. Type 2 is onset which can be reversed with diet and exercise. Understand your body can be healed when you treat it correctly. It's been 3-1/2 years for me and I'm 30 lbs away with no meds.
To be able to do push ups lose 40 pounds and run 2 miles under 18 mins and stop smoking so I can get in the army
