I had a very bad fall lastnite. I don't want to give up on my workouts. But I can't move abt much as I'm on sticks. Does anyone any gd exercise I can do sitting down n using dumbells? Every little info will help Thax xxx.

push dumbles over your head , this is shoulder press , and you can do some hands movement also
