Getting a 6 pack is more about how you eat than exercise. If you want extreme definition, gotta cut out bread and grains. Cut out sugary drinks, like soda, and drink more water. Eat lean meats (fish, chicken, turkey), raw veggies, raw fruit, and nuts. P90X ab ripper x did wonders for me. You're gonna have to do a lot of cardio workouts as well (for example: running, martial arts, boxing)

Carbo like rice is necessary, but it is better to avoid it for dinner or supper.
Do cardio exercise in the morning before you have breakfast, except water, so the piled up fat got burned. Good luck
