When i do crunches or any other abs exercises only the right side feels like doing it and only the rigjt side hurts
+ i feel like the right side abs are more powerful and well defined than the left ones .. what can i do or what does it mean ?

I think i can relate with this.. the 2 abs below my chest are only getting shaped, the rest of the stomach is still shapeless... im a beginner, i wonder if that's normal...

I'm a beginner too but i really don't understand this..maybe it takes some more time to get them more shaped.. :-?
