Looking for ways to tone up. I eat healthy just can't seem to motivate my self to working out. I'm 136 lbs with love handles, butt it isn't rounded, and a baby pudge from 7 years ago. Recently started doing the couch to 5k app. Doing well with runs but need to add other to my schedule. Any Info would be appreciated!

Right when you get up in the morning do a short circut before you take a shower.. It's small but over time could make a big difference in the long run

Oh I hate mornings got a 20 min circuit in by doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

Have u tried Aerobics? Or doing some type of high intensity sport boxing ext?

I run about 3 times a week going to try insanity tonight

No insanity did try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred my legs are like jello

A lot of cardio is required.. Preferably circuit training
