Looking for ways to tone up. I eat healthy just can't seem to motivate my self to working out. I'm 136 lbs with love handles, butt it isn't rounded, and a baby pudge from 7 years ago. Recently started doing the couch to 5k app. Doing well with runs but need to add other to my schedule. Any Info would be appreciated!
Have u tried Aerobics? Or doing some type of high intensity sport boxing ext?
A lot of cardio is required.. Preferably circuit training
