Morning everyone. I had a bad fall on Saturday nite (without drinking) n I need to knw Wat's the best exercise I can do until I get bk on my feet again? Xx Ps. Don't want to sound daft or anything but, Wat is kik? And wat is the best app to use as the Google app has so many.

It depends what is hurt and how bad, you need to add more info.  Also kik is a messaging app.

You could probably do some arm exercises (sit down with dumbbells or soup cans) or some exercises that require you to sit. If you hurt your foot or leg you just might have to wait (for running/walking) until it is feeling better and start again slowly (depending if it is a sprain/strain, etc.).

Oh, okay. You should probably take it easy and add less strenuous types of cardio when you can. Other than that stick to your arms and some floor exercises until you are better. Sometimes there is not much you can do. Don't hurt yourself more and hope you feel better soond
