It depends what is hurt and how bad, you need to add more info. Also kik is a messaging app.

You could probably do some arm exercises (sit down with dumbbells or soup cans) or some exercises that require you to sit. If you hurt your foot or leg you just might have to wait (for running/walking) until it is feeling better and start again slowly (depending if it is a sprain/strain, etc.).
