So ive been looking for ways to gain weight & build muscle. Im a pretty athletically slim guy. I am toned but it is always nice to gain more and reach a satisfying solid goal weight. After doing lots of research, I came across an excellent article that breaks down everything from workouts to tone, to a chart of foods that are best to gain weight. I know how u feel pimp . Drink lots of water' peanut butter ' 5 meals if possible. And google (cb -1) take 2 capsules 30-60 mins before meals 3 times a day you "ll gain 20 pounds in a month if you do it right great weight gainer
