It's so hard to keep track of my progress. I don't always hop on this app when I run or hit the gym. Any suggestions to help remind me? I don't have scheduled I follow but I do make sure I get that workout in

I could only think of putting the app on your home screen! So you'll most likely see it and remember!

Set it in the calendar on your phone to a time daily that you have free time
