Laking motivation whilst I work out, any ideas would be helpful.
I've never been this chubby in my life and its kind of taking a hit to my self confidence right now...I noticed that it's been affecting my breathing as well. So the motivation for me to workout is to look better and for health reasons. Maybe those could be reason for you to workout. Also the satisfaction of toughing it out through workouts and being proud of the results
The image in the mirror motivates me. It's not how I want to look
I get motivation from staring at booty pics on instagram as well as standing bare in front of my mirror and finding places I can improve
I like looking at transformation photos on tumblr.
Also, the fact that I can't bend over as well anymore sucks!
Looking at pics of transformations does the trick for me. Besides, I want to look good naked
Watching film "300" really made me started, and girls of course. Combine that with some heavy music and you can get motivated easily... at least I do :)
