Im not sure what your knee problem/pain is. But just not putting strain on them sounds like an advice that will solve nothing..

I had pain earlier last year but it wasnt all that bad but in january I went on a ski trip where i was learning new tricks and jumps with my snowboard. My doctor told me it was because when i pulled up the board, my knee cap somehow became more damaged... do you know anything I could do in the meantime? If not, thanks anyways :)
