Hi everyone ... is green tea good for you and is it good to have some before a workout have read mixed reviews about this.. just wondering what your thoughts are on this ... thanks.

I drink 100% natural green tea no caffeine. It helps flush toxins, it's good for your skin, hair, diet etc ..

From what I read, nothing bad from green tea, except some people might have hard time to sleep if they drink it before bed time.
I guess there is no advantage having green tea before workout.

I read somewhere drinking black tea 2 hours before a workout boosts testosterone. The same goes for green tea, but not as much. The darker the tea, the more it boosts t

Green tea is often used to help those looking to lose weight. 
This is because it boosts your metabolism, thus helping you to keep eating healthy and sensibly, but still shed the extra stored fats. 
I've never heard of drinking it before a work out, but many people drink it in the morning and throughout the day, as it also curbs cravings due to its filling nature (that is it makes you feel full even when you've not just eaten) 
I love green tea, and it's good to help lose weight, however it's not an overnight miracle potion.. It needs to be consistently used over a period of months.

Green tea boost the metabolism..I drink green tea before workouts ! I personaly think it helps in the burning processus!

Lol imo all these green tea myths are just wishfull thinking. Iv never heard about anyone who is in great shape contribute this too grean tea.

And all those supposed foods that would boost your metabalism. 1 big bullshit sticker on it.

When I'm going into a bodybuilding competition green tea really works I get the stronger ones because obviously something stronger will take effect quicker, my competition is coming up soon even though I am really well defined right now I still want to lose more fat it will show my muscles much more so I think you should start taking some strong green tea, remember 70% of your gains will come from your diet
