Anyone interested in helping? Needing workouts to do at conditioning tonight, focused on losing weight and toning muscle. Light on the legs please, working through a knee injury! More upper body than anything please :)

Pull ups help burn calories at a fast pace and also builds upper body strength

Hey man it's absolutely fine! Do some lateral pull downs at the gym

On lateral pull downs you pull the weight that you want down, so you don't pull yourself up
