If you could give only one piece of advice to someone trying to start the fit life.

Sweat more. To lose weight and get fit everyday just make it harder than yesterday.

How many times a day can I work out? I'm new and really out of condition. Need advice!  Can I workout every day of the week? Or just 5 days a week as I was told? Thanks. Is there such thing as working out too much?
