How many times a day can I work out? I'm new and really out of condition. Need advice!  Can I workout every day of the week? Or just 5 days a week as I was told? Thanks😊. Is there such thing as working out too much?

Sweat more. To lose weight and get fit everyday just make it harder than yesterday.
