I'm done counting calories, and restricting myself with food just because of the amount of calories that is in them. I will acknowledge my intake though, it's became a habit. I want to get toned and have muscle now, not to get skinny. I just realized that being fit and healthy, is way better for my mind, and body. I was so stressed counting calories and doing cardio these past three months; now I'm focusing on being healthy, toning, and getting stronger. Starting off I need some advice on foods, recipes, and excercise to try/do.
( BTW I'm 5'3, 120 lbs)
