Any Tips? Recipes? Exercises?

I'm done counting calories, and restricting myself with food just because of the amount of calories that is in them. I will acknowledge my intake though, it's became a habit. I want to get toned and have muscle now, not to get skinny. I just realized that being fit and healthy, is way better for my mind, and body. I was so stressed counting calories and doing cardio these past three months; now I'm focusing on being healthy, toning, and getting stronger. Starting off I need some advice on foods, recipes, and excercise to try/do.

( BTW I'm 5'3, 120 lbs)

Check out the Recipes for Athletes in the forums. Filled with lots of great recipes and most have nutritional info and it's all good for you food!
