Hard workouts

I want any suggestions for hard workouts but in 5 minutes not more ;-)

Give tabatta's a go.20 seconds work,10 seconds rest,8 rounds.You'll be done in 4 minutes and if you've done it right its a tough workout.Give 100% effort to get as many reps as you can during the work.Press ups or jump squats are good exercises for this.

i created one for push ups... i guess u could modify it for crunches and squats.
