Hello. I am trying to get myself back in shape. I lost so much weight in 2013, but I gained it back since December 2013 because my mom passed away and I was in a depressed state. Now, I just feel that I really need to get it back together. Depression sucks, and it is fattening. My diet isn't the best because I just gave up on it. Any pointers on what is good to eat that will help me shed these unwanted pounds? I went from 215lbs. to 235lbs. Yea, I'm not proud of it but it happened. Any suggestions?

I don't know about that.. but I will give you advice for free when something awful happens to you and you get depressed don't go to food. Go to do the things you love. Hobbies and stuff.. you will reduce stress that way. Food can help you but it is soo not healthy and it will make you hate your body and yourself though it looks and taste delicious.
