Hello. I am trying to get myself back in shape. I lost so much weight in 2013, but I gained it back since December 2013 because my mom passed away and I was in a depressed state. Now, I just feel that I really need to get it back together. Depression sucks, and it is fattening. My diet isn't the best because I just gave up on it. Any pointers on what is good to eat that will help me shed these unwanted pounds? I went from 215lbs. to 235lbs. Yea, I'm not proud of it but it happened. Any suggestions?
