The end of April is just around the corner and the start of a new regime begins! I want to make the month of May my transformation month and reach all or close to all my fitness goals! My goals are:
- be toned and fit
- live a healthy lifestyle
- stay at a steady weight
It's hard to stay motivated on your own and with no one to go to the gym with!
