I have 30 lbs to lose. I started eating healthier and doing Hip Hop Abs workouts. I struggle with staying on track with nobody here to help motivate me. Anyone like to workout and reach our goals "together"? :)

Well you could set a alarm to a favorite song to get u up or tell one of your to texts you at the time u want to be up

If you want to lose weight, I recomment cardio. Ab workouts don't burn many calories and will just make your tummy look bigger(as long as you have fat over your abs).

Hip hop abs is a cardio workout from Beach Body. It works with an ab building technique but they are cardio workouts as well :)

Oh, I'm sorry it sounds like a pure ab workout.

It targets all areas of your body. Not the most intense workout but a good start for me. :)

Nice! The best motivation are results, so push yourself a bit at the beginning and when you start seeing results ,you'll love working out.

I start out strong but I gave a bad tendency to stop. If I get really busy one day and don't have time I lose motivation

Need help also the more the better if you kik me @ datboiloulol i use it to help motivate ppl working out i use my fb to post extra workout videos twice a week check it out.
