I have 30 lbs to lose. I started eating healthier and doing Hip Hop Abs workouts. I struggle with staying on track with nobody here to help motivate me. Anyone like to workout and reach our goals "together"? :)
If you want to lose weight, I recomment cardio. Ab workouts don't burn many calories and will just make your tummy look bigger(as long as you have fat over your abs).
