Ive been working out for a while and would like some workout tips to perk my boobs up. Im very bottom heavy and would like some even distribution. Please help
I would think any thing that has to do with ur upper body... push ups. Pull ups.. and pull downs..
Chest flies. Diamond pushups. Chest presses
Any chest workouts will do. Women's breasts are nothing but layers of fat on top of muscle. If you do chest exercises(along with other cardio) you'll burn a very small amount of the fat in your chest area, but gain muscle... Giving you the firmness your aiming for.
