Drink a lot of water to remove excess water storage in your belly, avoid taking salty meals, do at least 10 mins cardio everyday or 20 to 30 min once every 3 days and crunches. Good luck

Immediately after workout if it is whey protein.. For protein isolate take before bed time, It is usually for slow absorption.
