Quickest way to lose that top thin layer

Im curious on to what is the quickest fastest way to lose that thin top layer of tummy fat. Im been walking, jogging (jogging on the spot for 5-10mins) concentrating on the Core for exercises and of course squats. What are some tips? Or ways you found easy? Quick?

I asked a similar question and was told to do leg lifts till my legs fall off

You can't target fat loss, so you just have to try harder.

It's not all about the exercise. Gotta eat right! Work hard, play hard. Add some plyometrics into the workout & check yourself on what you're eating. You are what you eat! Keep it up.
